RENTAL AGREEMENT:
Upon making your reservation, we will send you via e-mail a copy of our rental agreement and rules of operation. Please read over all documents prior to your party rental date. If you have any questions please feel free to call or e-mail us. On the day of your party we will have a copy of the rental agreement and rules that you have read, you will need to sign that copy before set-up. We will also instruct you on the proper use and operation of all equipment that was rented.
PAYMENT:
A $50.00 deposit will be required at the time of reservation. We accept Visa, Mastercard. American Express, Discover and Cash . Please note that if paying by cash that your reservation will not be valid until funds are received. The remaining balance will be due at the time of set-up and must be paid for by credit card or cash.
WEATHER :
Family Fun Works reserves the right to cancel the delivery of the rental unit if we believe the weather conditions are unsafe. However, upon our cancellation you will not lose your reservation deposit, you may use it toward another rental date or you may request a refund.
